After the curtain fell on CIGNA’s 2007 National Accounts Client Forum, they came to us to find a way to extend the experience and capture much of the learning that occurred during three days of meeting with their biggest customers. Upon gathering all of the assets from the meeting and creating a few of our own, we produced a content-rich and dynamic CD-ROM program, which captured much of what happened at the meeting and allowed users to connect with CIGNA in real time.
